“十二五”时期，中国将进一步营造有利于微小型企业发展的外部环境，并根据经济发展的新形势和面临的新问题，将扶持重心逐步向小型微型企业倾斜。微小型企业是整个河北省城镇经济的基石，对整个社会的稳定发展有很大的影响作用。而微小型企业是城镇经济的微观主体，因此研究微小型企业的发展问题具有重大的现实意义。

Obviously, the micro and small enterprises, which work as corner stone of the whole Heibei province economy, have a great influence on the social stable development. Furthermore, they are also micro -units of our Heibei economy. For this reason, study on the development of the micro and small enterprises is significant.
