Along with the higher requirements of engine power, economy and emission, the diesel engine is recognized as powerful tools of the energy saving and reducing pollution of vehicle emissions. Diesel power is an advanced practical way of energy saving and environmental protection and the inevitable trend of market development, and is an only way which must be passed to realize the reduction. Combined with the current situation, the author discussed the trend of diesel engine for vehicle in this paper.
