高职院校女生由于心理发展尚未完全成熟、阅历单一等原因，容易引发心理烦恼和困惑。本研究通过对672名高职女生的问卷调查，对高职女生心理健康程度、心理适应能力、情绪稳定、自我认识等方面进行了分析评价，提出加强心理健康教育、心理障碍疏解、心理素质优化的措施。对培养高职女生良好心理素质和精神状态，在竞争激烈的社会中成为高素质技能型人才有着重要意义。

Because of immature psychological development and lack of experience, the vocational female students suffer from psychological troubles and puzzlement. This study analysis the psychological health level, psychological adjustment ability, emotional stability and self-cogni tion of vocational female students through 672 questionnaires. This article proposes some measures on psychological health education, disorder treatment and quality optimization, which is meaningful to cultivate vocational female students' good psychological quality and mental status, and help them to be high qualified and skilled personnel in the intensive society competition.
