本文利用矩阵的张量积给出与n阶方阵A可交换的矩阵为A的多项式的充要条件,然后利用特征多项式给出与准对角形矩阵可交换的矩阵皆为准对角形矩阵的充要条件.

본문이용구진적장량적급출여n계방진A가교환적구진위A적다항식적충요조건,연후이용특정다항식급출여준대각형구진가교환적구진개위준대각형구진적충요조건.
In this paper,we present that the sufficient and necessary conditions which matrices are commutative with matrix A are the polynomial of matrix A by using the kronecker product of the matrices then.using the characteristic polynomials,we obtain the sufficient and necessary condition tat the matrices which can commutatwe with quasi-angular matix are all quasi-angular matrix.
