随着涉枪犯罪暴力案件的日渐增多，警察在执法行动中应对枪战的可能性也在逐渐增大，这无疑是对警察执法能力的一个严峻考验。由于枪战发生的突然性及警察须在法律的规约下使用武器等各种客观条件的限制，警察在枪战中往往处于被动局面。这就要求警察应具备有效的应对能力，这些能力包括，判明能力、良好的心理应对能力、快速反应能力、技战术运用能力、急救能力等。

With the increase of violent cases involved with guns, the possibility of policeman responding to the gunfight in law en-forcenlent is also gradually increasing,which is undoubtedly a severe test to the police' s law enforcement ability. Limited by the sud- denness of gunfight and objective regulations on gun using, policemen are often passive in gunfight. This demands policemen have to possess effective response ability which includes judging ability, good psychological response ability, quick response ability, tactics ap- plication ability, first aid ability and so on.
