The paper introduced Fengcheng Mining Bureau learned lessons, summed up experience, changed con- cepts and rose to the challenge, the developing courses from initial efforts to put an end of gas transfinite to changed concepts of extraction of gas in place governance and mature technology of gas controlling in mines. By a series of powerful propulsion initiatives of sublimating philosophy, perfecting system, studying science and technology, building teams, developing and utilizing, gas controlling in Fengcheng Mining Bureau has made con- siderable progress, which provides a strong guarantee for safety production of mines.
