针对拉深模凹摸的特点,进行数控车床的数控磨床化改造。设计了特制磨头,开发了一次性装夹磨削锥孔、内孔口部圆角磨削新工艺,解决了高硬度硬质合金拉深模锥孔、内孔及口部R圆角传统工艺难以解决的问题。

With the concave characteristic of the drawing die, an NC lathe is transformed to become an NC grinder. A special grinding head is designed, and a processing method developed in which a cone hole is bored and an R-fillet month ground simultaneously. The described method can deal with the problem that cannot be treated using the traditional process.
