中国共产党早期的主要领导人瞿秋白是一位马克思主义教育家,为党早期的干部教育事业做出过极大贡献。他热爱教育工作,曾执教于上海大学、整顿过留苏干部教育,还主持过苏区教育工作。在丰富的教育实践中,瞿秋白形成了干部教育的思想,强调干部教育应重视政治性、系统性、规范性和实践性。该思想和实践经验,对于当前党改革、创新干部教育培养的理念与方法,亦有启发和借鉴意义。

QU Qiu - bai, the main leader of Chinese Communist Party in the early stage, was an educator of Marx- ism, who made huge contribution to the education of cadre. He loved education, had taught at Shanghai Universi- ty, reorganized the education of cadre to the Soviet Union, also hosted the education of the central Soviet area. From his practice of education, QU Qiu - bai produced the thoughts of cadre education, which insisted that cadre education should pay more attention to political nature, systematicness, normative and practicality. Today we can draw lessons from the thoughts and experience, if the current cadre education needs further reform and innovation.
