Non-tax revenue, as the essential part of financial management, is very necessary to become scientific and fine when the fine management is used in every industry of our country. Directing to the current situation of non-tax revenue's collecting in many places, this article has analysis the difficulties and disadvantages of information-fostered fine management for non-tax revenue and it also provided solutions for responded divisions, so as to improve the effect of non-tax revenue' s collecting.
