人才培养方案是学校人才培养的设计蓝图和实施方案；是实现各专业人才培养目标、确保人才培养质量的首要保障。本文根据教育部有关文件精神，在研究兄弟院校成功办学经验并结合我校人才培养实践的基础上，进一步梳理明确了应用型本科“人才培养规格”，并重构了应用型本科人才培养方案的“课程教学体系”。
