The university campus culture, as an important part of the socialist cultural construction in the country, has a strategic significance in leading teachers' and students' thoughts basis of the universi- ty, boosting the rise of China all-around, and promoting the greater development and prosperity of the so- cialist culture construction. In the new situation, in order to advance the healthy, continuous and steady development of the university campus cultural construction, the cultural consciousness of university lead- ers should be greatly improved, the cohesion of university spirit be cultivated, the cultural function of campus activities be strengthened and a healthy mainstream value of campus culture atmosphere be con- structed.
