道光朝是清代乃至我国整个传统封建社会一个重要的转折点。通过对道光朝51位总督民族、籍贯、出身、行政经历、到任年龄及任期和离职原因等的分析,可以窥视出清廷在这一转折时期的用人之道以及中央与地方的关系,进而对我们理解清代中衰或有助益。
道光朝是清代迺至我國整箇傳統封建社會一箇重要的轉摺點。通過對道光朝51位總督民族、籍貫、齣身、行政經歷、到任年齡及任期和離職原因等的分析,可以窺視齣清廷在這一轉摺時期的用人之道以及中央與地方的關繫,進而對我們理解清代中衰或有助益。

The Daoguang Reign Period is an important turning point in the Qing Dynasty as well as our traditional society. Through the analysis of nationalities, native places, imperial origin, political experience, the age of taking office, the term of office and the reasons for resignation of 51 governor-generals in the Daoguang Reign Period, we can see the employing standard and the relationship between the central and the local in the turning point of the Qing Dynasty and it is helpful for us to interpret the decadence of the Qing Dynasty.
