针对目前高职院校市场营销专业人才培养中存在的同质的问题,结合电力行业和电力设备行业的发展特点,从人才培养目标、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、实验实训条件建设、教学方法和手段等几个方面进行探讨,旨在对高职院校市场营销专业(电力方向)的差异化建设与改革实践提供借鉴。
針對目前高職院校市場營銷專業人纔培養中存在的同質的問題,結閤電力行業和電力設備行業的髮展特點,從人纔培養目標、課程體繫改革、師資隊伍建設、實驗實訓條件建設、教學方法和手段等幾箇方麵進行探討,旨在對高職院校市場營銷專業(電力方嚮)的差異化建設與改革實踐提供藉鑒。

In order to solve the problem of homogeneity in the personnel training of marketing majors in vocational colleges, by taking account of the development characteristics of both power industries and power equipment indus- tries,this essay presents relevant suggestions on the differentiated construction of the major( power oriented)as well as its reform in the aspects of the personnel training objectives, the reform of the curriculum system, the improvement of the conditions for experiments and practice, the construction of the teaching staff and the teaching approaches.
