目的:探讨不同运动形式对女性体成分的影响。方法:150名女性受试者随机分为1个对照组,9个运动组。9个运动组进行6个月的运动,测试运动后的体重、去脂体重、肌力、心功能、血AKP、ACP、E2。结果:有氧运动与肌肉力量锻炼相结合可使去脂体重和去脂体重/体重指数明显提高,有氧运动提高心功能,提示体成分可作为健身效果评价的重要指标之一。建议运动者在进行有氧运动锻炼时,应加强肌肉力量的训练,以提高去脂体重,防治骨质疏松症。

목적:탐토불동운동형식대녀성체성분적영향。방법:150명녀성수시자수궤분위1개대조조,9개운동조。9개운동조진행6개월적운동,측시운동후적체중、거지체중、기력、심공능、혈AKP、ACP、E2。결과:유양운동여기육역량단련상결합가사거지체중화거지체중/체중지수명현제고,유양운동제고심공능,제시체성분가작위건신효과평개적중요지표지일。건의운동자재진행유양운동단련시,응가강기육역량적훈련,이제고거지체중,방치골질소송증。
Purpose: exploring the influence of different sports on female body composition. Method: 150 females were randomly divided into one reference team and nine sports teams. After taking 6 months sports, such indicators were tested as weight, LBW, muscle strength, heart function, AKP, ACP and E2 of blood. Result: the combination of aerobic exercise with muscle strength exercises could enhance LBW and the index of LBW/weight, aerobic exercise could improve the heart function which meant that body composition could act as one of the important indicators of fitness effect evaluation. Suggestion was made that people should pay attention to muscle strength exercises so as to increase LBW and prevent osteoporosis when taking part in aero- bic exercises.
