提出一种新型螺旋管状热交换装置的设计,并对该设计的几何结构进行了分析和计算。计算表明,该新型装置通过对加热长度的增加、加热时间的延长、加热面积的增大,能够有效地提高热交换效率,尽可能多的回收热能。而且在设置气体进出口和水的进出口时依照“逆流原理”,使螺旋水管的高温水出口设置在热交换区的高温气体进口一端,这样使得废热能量的回收更稳定、更充分。
提齣一種新型螺鏇管狀熱交換裝置的設計,併對該設計的幾何結構進行瞭分析和計算。計算錶明,該新型裝置通過對加熱長度的增加、加熱時間的延長、加熱麵積的增大,能夠有效地提高熱交換效率,儘可能多的迴收熱能。而且在設置氣體進齣口和水的進齣口時依照“逆流原理”,使螺鏇水管的高溫水齣口設置在熱交換區的高溫氣體進口一耑,這樣使得廢熱能量的迴收更穩定、更充分。

A new type of design of the heat-exchanging device of spiral tubular has been presented, and geometry structure of the design is analyzed and calculated. It is found that the new heat-exchanging device can effectively improve the heat-exchanging efficiency and recover the heat energy from waste as much as possible through the increase of the length of the heating, the extension of the time of heating and the increase of the area of the heating. When the in and out of both gas and water is set in accordance with the counter-current principle,the waste heat energy recovery becomes more stable and complete.
