宁波名儒黄润玉的人生经历了年少勤学、为官循史、告老兴教的阶段。作为有名的儒科世家,黄润玉及其子孙忠厚传家,诗书继世。他的儿子黄隆,孙子黄溥等传承家学,著书立说,编纂方志。文章还探析了黄润玉创办的南山书院及他的治学思想,作为朱学的传承者,他不囿于朱学立场,结合实际,重视躬行,以开放心态包容心学,顺应朱学的流变、激荡的发展潮流,提出一些颇有价值意义的思想,成为15世纪明代哲学从朱熹理学转向阳明心学时期的重要思想家,为稍后的阳明心学思潮做了铺垫。

Huang Run-yu,a famous scholar in Ningbo,studied hard in his youth and worked wholeheartedly to serve the people and returned home to engage in education. Huang Run-yu's son Huang Long,grandson Huang Pu,inherited his philosophical thoughts and devoted compiling local history. This paper studied the establishment of Nanshan Academy and Huang Run-yu's philosophy. As a successor of Zhuxi's philosophy,Huang Run-yu's connection with reality and the emphasis on being hands-on successfully adapted to the social change and development. Meanwhile,he made a great contribution to Yang-ming philosophy and became an important thinker in 15th century when the philosophy switching from neo-confucianism represented by Zhuxi to the study of conscience represented by Yang-ming.
