以浙江省基层水利员队伍为例，分析了基层水利员继续教育存在的问题，结合水利员工作特点，从更新理念、创新模式、优化内容及制度保障等方面，对进一步推进水利员继续教育工作提出了措施建议。

This paper takes the further education of water conservancy members in Zhejiang province as an example, analyze theexisting problems of the water conservancy member's further education, according to analyzing the characteristics of the water conservancy member's work, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions to further promote the water conservancy member'seducation work from update concept, innovation mode, optimize content and system guarantee aspect.
