随着全球气候的变化,我国干旱灾害频发,大型水库在抗旱中的作用越来越凸显,确立水库旱限水位可以对抗旱应急响应启动提供重要依据。依据国家防汛抗旱总指挥部提出的确立大型水库旱限水位的基本原则和方法,综合考虑各用水部门的需求,结合水库自身工程特点,确立了长潭水库旱限水位,探讨了早限水位确立应注意的问题。

With the global climate change, drought disasters have occurred frequently in China. Large reservoirs play more andmore important roles in the drought, and establishing drought control water level can provide an important basis for the drought emergency response start. According to the basic principles and methods to establish drought control water level of large reservoirswhich proposed by State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, and considering the needs of every water department, the paper established drought control water level of Changtan Reservoir combined with the engineering characteristics of thereservoir itself, then discussed the problems should be noted in establishing drought control water level.
