论述了装甲车辆热管理的概念及构成,分析了新型坦克推进系统热管理的重要意义;基于热管理的思想对某型装甲车辆动力系统进行了冷却系统智能化改造,结果表明:相关部件的热状态得到精确控制,冷却系统功耗显著降低,柴油机经济性明显改善。
論述瞭裝甲車輛熱管理的概唸及構成,分析瞭新型坦剋推進繫統熱管理的重要意義;基于熱管理的思想對某型裝甲車輛動力繫統進行瞭冷卻繫統智能化改造,結果錶明:相關部件的熱狀態得到精確控製,冷卻繫統功耗顯著降低,柴油機經濟性明顯改善。

The concept and composition of the armored vehicle thermal management are discussed, and the importance of the new propulsion system thermal management of tank is analyzed. The traditional cooling system is reformed to the intelligent cooling system based on the idea of the thermal management. The test result shows that the thermal condition of the correlative assembly is exactly controlled, the power consumption is notably reduced and the economic performance of diesel engine is greatly improved.
