汽车关键零部件在工作中极易发生磨损、腐蚀等现象,导致其过早失效。为了改善机械装备关键零部件镀层的表面性能,试验在电镀的过程中引入垂直离子沉积方向上的外加恒定磁场,采用光学显微镜观察分析了镍钴合金镀层的表面形貌,并用显微硬度计对镀层的性能进行了测试。结果发现:磁场的引入改变了离子的沉积状态,使镍钴合金镀层表面更加平整致密,与无磁场影响制得的镀层相比,硬度值提高了43HV。实验为提高汽车关键零部件镀层表面性能提供了一种简单、实用的方法。

The phenomena of abrasion and corrosion often appear during the working process of the key parts of automobile, which lead the key parts to lose efficacy earlier. The external static magnetic field vertical to the cation of the depositing orientation was introduced in this experiment to improve the plating surface properties of the key parts of machinery equipment. By the optical microscope, the appearance morphology of the nickel-cobalt alloy coating was observed, and the properties of the plating were tested by the microhardness tester. The results showed that the Ni-Co alloy became smooth and fine with the depositing state of cation changed by the magnetic field, the hardness of the plating prepared with the static magnetic field was raised by 41HV as that without the magnetic field applied. The study provided a simple and practical method for improving the plating surface properties of key parts of automobile.
