利用Moldflow软件对电话听筒注塑制件整个成型过程进行了模拟,确定了模具的最佳浇口位置。设置过程工艺参数,通过对成型过程的流动模拟,分析了制件发生翘曲的原因,对并给出了减小翘曲的方案,完成对制件翘曲的优化设计。

In this paper, the best gate location of telephone receiver mold was determined throughout simulating the entire forming process of it by Moldflow software. The reasons for the parts warp were analyzed by setting process technical parameters and simulating forming process. Then scheme of reducing the warping was given to complete optimization design of warping.
