以高校日常单项评价评分为基础,建立了政府资助类奖（助）学金评价指标体系,按照优、良、中、可、差5个级别来评定学生的综合成绩。应用层次分析法和灰色系统理论,建立了多层次灰色系统评价模型。学生实例表明评价结果符合实际,说明了该方法的有效性。

Taking the daily single evaluation score of university as the foundation,the government funding of grants of evaluation index system was established,students' comprehensive results was evaluated according to Excellent、Good、Satisfactory、Barely Adequate、Fail.It applies the analytic hierarchy process and grey system theory to establish the multilevel grey evaluation system model.This method is proved feasible and effective through analysis of examples.
