为制备出高发泡倍率的聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合泡沫材料,对其在制备过程中所面临的发泡剂分解温度太高、PP熔体强度过低及木粉与PP界面相容性差这三大关键难题进行分析并解决。结果表明:当活化剂ZnO添加量为发泡剂AC的0.3倍时,AC分解温度符合发泡过程的要求,提高温度有利于缩短发泡剂分解前诱导期及发泡剂的分解时间;交联剂添加量为9份,助交联剂添加量为7份时,材料的交联效果最好,交联时间控制在7min左右最佳;当偶联剂添加量2份时处理木粉最为合适,此时木粉与PP的界面相容性的改善效果最佳。
為製備齣高髮泡倍率的聚丙烯(PP)/木粉複閤泡沫材料,對其在製備過程中所麵臨的髮泡劑分解溫度太高、PP鎔體彊度過低及木粉與PP界麵相容性差這三大關鍵難題進行分析併解決。結果錶明:噹活化劑ZnO添加量為髮泡劑AC的0.3倍時,AC分解溫度符閤髮泡過程的要求,提高溫度有利于縮短髮泡劑分解前誘導期及髮泡劑的分解時間;交聯劑添加量為9份,助交聯劑添加量為7份時,材料的交聯效果最好,交聯時間控製在7min左右最佳;噹偶聯劑添加量2份時處理木粉最為閤適,此時木粉與PP的界麵相容性的改善效果最佳。
위제비출고발포배솔적취병희(PP)/목분복합포말재료,대기재제비과정중소면림적발포제분해온도태고、PP용체강도과저급목분여PP계면상용성차저삼대관건난제진행분석병해결。결과표명:당활화제ZnO첨가량위발포제AC적0.3배시,AC분해온도부합발포과정적요구,제고온도유리우축단발포제분해전유도기급발포제적분해시간;교련제첨가량위9빈,조교련제첨가량위7빈시,재료적교련효과최호,교련시간공제재7min좌우최가;당우련제첨가량2빈시처리목분최위합괄,차시목분여PP적계면상용성적개선효과최가。
In order to prepare the high-expanded PP/wood flour composite foam by moulded method,the three key problems in the process of prepare the polypropylene/composite foam Which are the decomposition temperature of foaming agent is too high, the melt strength of PP is too low and the interfacial compatibility between wood flour and PP is poorly, were analysised and solved. The results showed that: when the mass radio of foaming agent AC to ZnO is 1:0.3, the decomposition of AC can satisfy the requirement of foaming; when the adding amount of crossling agent and cross-linking aids is 9 phr and 7 phr respectively, the crosslinking effect is best, and the crosslinking process is complete within 7 min; and when the adding amount of coupling agent is lphr for 100phr wood flour, the interracial compatibility between wood flour and PP is the best.
