利用季戊四醇与二元酸进行酯化反应后用氢氧化钙或氧化钙与多余的酸根反应完全,获得具有网状结构的高分子酯基钙—季戊四醇酯化合物的钙盐,这种钙盐在PVC稳定化过程中起到非常优异的稳定性能。

Polyol plays an very important role in the process of poly (vinyl chloride) stabilization. This study selected pentaerythritol and dibasic acid for esterification, then reacted off the excess acid radical with calcium hydroxide or calcium oxide, the synthetic product is named for polymeric ester calcium. The product has a mesh structure and also has excellent stability effect in the PVC stabilization process.
