主要研究了生物酶的特性,并对生物酶应用于提高竹溶解浆α-纤维素含量进行了工艺优化。通过耐热性及耐酸碱性来确定碱性木聚糖酶的最适宜处理环境,与此同时,探讨了碱性木聚糖酶处理工艺参数对漂白硫酸盐竹浆α-纤维素含量和黏度的影响。结果表明:影响碱性木聚糖酶的两个特性参数,组成的最佳处理环境为pH值9.0、温度55℃;碱性木聚糖酶处理最佳工艺为:酶用量127.2IU.g-1,时间40min,浆浓4%;α-纤维素含量由原来的84.13%提高N88.31%,α-纤维素含量得到了提高,生物酶可应用于溶解浆的制备。

The characteristics of biological enzyme were studied and given a research on optimization process for increasing alpha cellulose content of bamboo pulp. The most appropriatly treated environment of alkaline xylanase was determined by detecting heat, acid, alkaline resistance. Meanwhile, the effects of reaction parameters on α-cellulose and viscosity were mainly investigated in this paper. The results indicated that two characteristics of alkaline xylanase were pH 9.0, temperature 55 ℃. The best process on enzyme treatment were: enzyme charge 127.2 IU.g-1, time 40min, pulp consistency 4 %. Alpha cellulose content raised from 84.13 % to 88.:31%. Enzyme could be used in dissolving pulp.
