P2Y受体是嘌呤受体当中的一个小家族,属于GPCR8(G-proteincoupledreceptors)代谢型受体,通过选择性结合胞外核苷酸分子如ATP、ADP、UTP、UDP和UDP-glucose而激活。P2Y受体在全身各组织细胞中广泛表达,调控了细胞的多种生理功能。随着研究的深入,发现P2Y受体及其胞外核苷酸分子在免疫应答过程中亦发挥着重要的调控作用。
P2Y受體是嘌呤受體噹中的一箇小傢族,屬于GPCR8(G-proteincoupledreceptors)代謝型受體,通過選擇性結閤胞外覈苷痠分子如ATP、ADP、UTP、UDP和UDP-glucose而激活。P2Y受體在全身各組織細胞中廣汎錶達,調控瞭細胞的多種生理功能。隨著研究的深入,髮現P2Y受體及其胞外覈苷痠分子在免疫應答過程中亦髮揮著重要的調控作用。

P2Y receptors are a family of purinergic receptors, G protein-coupled receptors stimulated by extracellular nucleotides such as ATP, ADP, UTP, UDP and UDP-glucose. P2Y receptors are present in almost all human tissues where they exert various biological functions based on their G-protein coupling. In recent years, evidences also has been shown that P2Y receptors play a key role in immune response, such as innate immunity and adaptive immunity.
