The source and influence of foreign fiber were introduced. The online monitor method using electronic yarn cleaners foreign module and the foreign fiber cleaning method were studied. The special treatment of plant fiber in winding process was analyzed. The comprehensive cost saved by improving electronic yarn clearers' application method was evaluated.
