以烯酐、新戊基多元醇为原料,通过酯化反应合成酯型无灰分散剂,研究了酯型分散剂的合成工艺及工艺路线。选择分子量1000的烯酐及新戊基多元醇为原料,选用两种催化剂,一种是磷酸酯,另一种是碱性金属盐类,并对反应条件进行了考察,确定适宜的反应时间是10~12 h,温度为170~180,适宜的原料配比为1∶1.2,较好的真空度为0.08 MPa,并运用红外光谱对添加剂进行了结构表征。

Taking polyisobutenyl succinic anhydride of number average molecular weight of about 1000 and neopentyl polyol as raw materials, succinate ashless dispersant was synthesized through esterification reaction and the reaction conditions were discussed. Phosphate and basic metal salts were selected as catalysts in the esterification reaction and the appropriate esteri- fication conditions were obtained as follows : the reaction time is 10 - 12 h, the reaction temperature is 170 - 180 ℃, the ratio of monomers is 1:1.2 and the vacuum degree is 0. 08 M Pa. The additive structures were characterized by I R spectrum.
