The practical teaching is the strong guarantee of training high-quality skilled talents for higher vocational colleges. The specialty of biotechnology and application is no exception. Through the research on such five aspects as the aim, the content, the condition, the management, and the teaching evaluation of the practical teaching in the specialty, it is helpful to establish and improve the new employment-oriented practical teaching system, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the specialty.
