青岛西海岸,有着优越的地理位置和良好的产业基础。在规划布局西海岸新一轮开发建设中,政府部门不但要大力发展高端制造业,更要积极培育发展旅游等现代服务业,需要从旅游产业发展规划、基础设施建设、引进旅游大项目、做好旅游信息化、实行旅游扶持政策、提升旅游管理服务水平等方面入手做好各项工作,开启青岛旅游发展新时代,再造一个新青岛。

The west coast of Qingdao has superior geographical position and sound industrial base. It is necessary for the government to vigorously develop highend manufacturing industry and actively foster the modern service industry such as tourism when planning a new round of the develop ment of this area. To start a new era of tourism and build a newbrand Qingdao, the government should take such aspects into consideration as the planning of tourism industry, the construction of in frastructure, introduction of large projects, informatization of tourism, the incentives to tourism as well as betterment of tourism management and service.
