目的：探讨肝实质切开取石术联合胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2007年9月至2013年10月期间192例肝内胆管结石手术治疗的临床资料。结果全部病例治愈，无死亡病例。其中术后发生胆漏7例，膈下感染5例，胆道出血2例，结石未取净21例，结石复发18例。结论本研究结果表明肝实质切开取石术联合胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石技术操作简单，临床疗效良好，并发症少，术后结石复发率低，具有很好的临床广泛实用价值。
목적：탐토간실질절개취석술연합담도경치료간내담관결석적림상료효。방법회고성분석아원2007년9월지2013년10월기간192례간내담관결석수술치료적림상자료。결과전부병례치유，무사망병례。기중술후발생담루7례，격하감염5례，담도출혈2례，결석미취정21례，결석복발18례。결론본연구결과표명간실질절개취석술연합담도경치료간내담관결석기술조작간단，림상료효량호，병발증소，술후결석복발솔저，구유흔호적림상엄범실용개치。
Objective to investigate the liver parenchyma lithotomy combined choledochoscope clinical efficacy of the treatment for the intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods retrospective analysis of clinical data of 192 cases of surgical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones from september 2007 to october 2013 in our hospital. Results all patients were cured and no deaths. after operative, there are seven cases of bile leakage , 5 cases of subphrenic infection in , 2 cases of biliary tract bleeding, 21 cases of calculus did not take the net , 18 cases of stone recurrence. Conclusion this study showed that the liver parenchyma lithotomy combined choledochoscope treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones technical operate simply, and it has good clinical efficacy in operations, with fewer complications, lower postoperative stone recurrence rate, with good clinical extensive practical value.
