针对萍乡钢铁公司高炉炼铁燃料比高的现状，从原料冶金性能与粒度组成、炉料结构、合理冶炼强度、造渣制度、多环布料、适宜煤粉喷吹量、低硅生铁冶炼等方面，分析了降低高炉燃料比的技术措施。研究表明：改善焦炭质量，加强筛分与整粒，选择适宜冶炼强度，选择适宜MgO的渣系．缩小加权平均角差，避免过度中心加焦，根据原燃料条件选择煤比，稳定生铁的含硅量是降低高炉燃料比的关键技术措施。
