以区域地质调查与矿产普查专业为例,从培养面向定位、培养目标定位、课程体系重构和保障体系设计四个方面对高等职业教育地质类专业人才培养模式的构建进行了探索。面向基层地质企事业单位的区域地质调查地质员和矿产勘查地质员岗位,培养以基础地质调查、矿产勘查为核心能力,以矿床技术经济评价为拓展能力,并具备良好职业道德和可持续发展能力,服务地方经济建设的高等技术应用性专门人才。重构基于工作过程系统化的专业学习领域、基础学习领域和拓展学习领域的课程体系;建设一支具有先进职教理念、扎实理论功底、熟练实践技能的教师队伍;编写基于工作过程的项目化教材;建成一批专业教室、校内仿真和校外顶岗实习基地。

Taking regional geological survey and mineral prospecting major as an example, the paper explored the talent training mode of geological specialty from the training orientation, training target, curriculum system and the design of guarantee system. The purpose of the talent training is to cultivate the higher technological applied talents which have comprehensive abilities, such as basic geological survey and mineral resources exploration as the core capacity, the technical and economic evaluation of mineral deposit as the expand capacity, and good occupation morals and ability of sustainable development. In order to reconstruct curriculum system based on working process systematization professional study fields, there are three necessary parts for the curriculum system: firstly, building the teachers team with advanced vocational education idea, solid theoretical knowledge, practical skills; secondly, preparing the teaching material based on working process, thirdly, setting up a group of professional classrooms, campus simulation and outside practice bases.
