    针对卓越计划要求和地学类专业特点，本文阐述了为保障“卓越工程师教育培养计划”顺利实施，东华理工大学所制订的保障措施，同时系统介绍了东华理工大学现有地学类野外实训基地的基本状况、建设过程中存在的问题以及相应的解决方法。

    Against the requirements of excellent program and the feature of earth science professional, the paper elaborated the safeguards of East China University of Technology for the protection of ＂excellent engineering education and training program＂, then introduced the existing geological field training base of the basic conditions, the problems of building process and the corresponding solutions of East China University of Technology.
