Intellectual property education in industry higher vocational colleges is an important content of intellectual property strategy in our country.Based on analysis of the current situation of intellectual property education at home and abroad,this paper studies education mode of intellectual property in industryhigher vocational colleges.Effect of intellectual property education in industry higher vocational colleges should be paid attention to and various methods should be adepted to realize effective popularization of intellectual property protection knowledge and raise higher vocational graduates＇ industry intellectual property protection consciousness continually.
