当螺栓直径小于锥头底板直径时,对锥头力学性能进行了研究,并考虑螺栓和锥头的共同作用.引入螺栓和底板的接触比对锥头力学性能的影响,研究螺栓和底板的不同接触比与锥头承载力和破坏形式的关系,并拟合出接触比与锥头极限承载力之间的函数关系,为锥头的安全应用提供依据.
噹螺栓直徑小于錐頭底闆直徑時,對錐頭力學性能進行瞭研究,併攷慮螺栓和錐頭的共同作用.引入螺栓和底闆的接觸比對錐頭力學性能的影響,研究螺栓和底闆的不同接觸比與錐頭承載力和破壞形式的關繫,併擬閤齣接觸比與錐頭極限承載力之間的函數關繫,為錐頭的安全應用提供依據.

This paper studies the mechanical properties of cone head when the bolt diameter is smaller than cone plate diameter considering the interaction of bolt and cone head.By introducing the influence of contact ratio of bolt to cone plate on mechanical properties of cone head,this paper studies the relation between various contact ratios of bolt to plate and bearing capacities as well as failure modes of cone heads,and fits the functional relation between contact ratio and ultimate bearing capacity of cone head to provide basis for security application of cone head.
