用5种防治鱼病的药剂对水螅进行毒理实验,结果表明:防治鱼病药剂能影响水螅正常生命活动,并造成它们大量死亡;5种防治鱼病药剂48h对水螅的半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为硫酸铜0.855mg/L,敌百虫431.44mg/L,盐酸恩诺403.85mg/L,新诺明1 478.61mg/L,氯化钠2 036.09mg/L.
用5種防治魚病的藥劑對水螅進行毒理實驗,結果錶明:防治魚病藥劑能影響水螅正常生命活動,併造成它們大量死亡;5種防治魚病藥劑48h對水螅的半緻死質量濃度(LC50)分彆為硫痠銅0.855mg/L,敵百蟲431.44mg/L,鹽痠恩諾403.85mg/L,新諾明1 478.61mg/L,氯化鈉2 036.09mg/L.
용5충방치어병적약제대수실진행독리실험,결과표명:방치어병약제능영향수실정상생명활동,병조성타문대량사망;5충방치어병약제48h대수실적반치사질량농도(LC50)분별위류산동0.855mg/L,활백충431.44mg/L,염산은낙403.85mg/L,신낙명1 478.61mg/L,록화납2 036.09mg/L.
In this paper,the studies on the toxicity of five kinds of drug for preventing and curing the fish disease by using of Hydra were presented.The results show that all these drugs could not only influence the normal life activity of Hydra,but also cause in numerous deaths.After 48 hours,the LC50 values of drugs for Hydra were determined respectively:copper sulfate was 0.855 mg/L,metriphonate was 431.44 mg/L,enrofloxacin hydrochloride was 403.85 mg/L,sulfamethoxazole was 1 478.61 mg/L and sodium choiride was 2 036.09 mg/L.
