研究目的:探讨三周军训对入校新生身体素质和心理健康状况的影响。方法:以488名入校新生为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和体质测量的方法对其心理状况和身体素质指标进行测试和评定。结果:军训后大学新生台阶指数、肺活量指数、握力指数、坐位体前躯较军训前显著增加(p〈0.05),BMI有降低趋势(p〉0.05);SCL-90检测结果显示,人际敏感、躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、抑郁因子、精神病性、恐怖因子和总均分较军训前显著或极显著降低(p〈0.01或p〈0.05),偏执因子有降低趋势(p〉0.05);性别对比发现,军训后男大学生的变化没有女大学生明显。结论:军训可以提高大学生身体素质和心理健康水平,但是存在性别之间的差异,对女大学生的作用更加明显。

Objective: To investigate three weeks military training on Physical fitness and psychological health of freshmen.Methods: symptoms self rating scale(SCL)-90 and method of measuring system are adopted to test and evaluate 488 freshmens’ psychological condition and body mass index.Results: after military training,thefreshmen steps index,vital capacity index,index in succession,crook precursor grip increased significantly(p〈0.05),BMI has a lower trend(p〉0.05).Tests showed SCL-90,after military training,interpersonal sensitivity,physical change,force,anxiety,hostile,depression factor,psychoticism,terror factor and total ponderomotive is significant or extremely significant reductiveness(p〈0.05 or p〈0.01),paranoid has a lower trend(p〉0.05).Before and after military training,the changes for male students were not difference to the changes for female student.Conclusion:military training can improve college freshmen’s physical and mental health level,but there exist gender differences,the role of female college students than male college students more apparent.
