党内民主是党的生命，历来是一个重大问题。党的十七届四中全会在总结历史经验的基础上，为推进党的民主建设，特别是基层民主建设指明了新方向。无锡市作为我国发达地区，近年来党内基层民主实践取得长足发展。当前有必要在理论上进一步深入研究，对一些具体举措进行更为深入的思考。
黨內民主是黨的生命，歷來是一箇重大問題。黨的十七屆四中全會在總結歷史經驗的基礎上，為推進黨的民主建設，特彆是基層民主建設指明瞭新方嚮。無錫市作為我國髮達地區，近年來黨內基層民主實踐取得長足髮展。噹前有必要在理論上進一步深入研究，對一些具體舉措進行更為深入的思攷。
당내민주시당적생명，력래시일개중대문제。당적십칠계사중전회재총결역사경험적기출상，위추진당적민주건설，특별시기층민주건설지명료신방향。무석시작위아국발체지구，근년래당내기층민주실천취득장족발전。당전유필요재이론상진일보심입연구，대일사구체거조진행경위심입적사고。
It has always been important to take the inner-party democracy as the life of the Party since long. Having summarizing historical experiences and lessons, the fourth plenary session of the 17th CPC central committee shaped the course of skeleton democratic construction to promote the demo- cratic construction of the Party. As one of the developed areas of our country, Wuxi City has made a great progress in the practice of skeleton inner-party democracy in recent years. It＇s important to have a further study theoretically on a number of specific measures.
