民办高职院校因其准确的价值定位而获得快速发展,面对未来更为激烈的竞争环境和更多不可预知的影响因素,民办高职院校应如何调整思路以确保持续发展态势是一项无法回避的课题。透过分析当前民办高职院校发展受制约的瓶颈要素和所面临的发展机遇,提出对民办高职院校未来发展具有现实意义和可操作性的三种战略抉择：夯实基础尽快升本、走特色办学之路、寻求合作拓宽生存空间。

Private higher vocational colleges develop quickly because of their accurate value orientation.Facing the fiercer competitive environment and unpredictable impact factors in the future,it is inevitable for the private higher vocational colleges to adjust their ideas in order to ensure their development.The study analyzes the private higher vocational colleges in the bottleneck factors that restrain their development and the development opportunity,and presents three strategic choices with realistic significance and operability for the development of them,that is to lay solid foundation to be promoted to higher universities,and go through a characteristic school-running way to seek cooperation and expand the living space.
