当前高等教育已经面临拐点。从就业角度展开对经济转型背景下的劳动力要素资源配置分析可以看到,在产业结构及经济结构的变动注定牵动和影响就业结构变动,从而引起新的教育需求和新的教育供给的多元条件下,社会对高技能职业型人力资本的需求.是现有高等教育体系难以满足的。现代服务业的兴起,亟待高等职业院校进行制度创新,开辟新的本科层次的高等职业教育,实现从一般劳动力要素供给,向高端的知识技能型的职业劳动力要素配置转变。尽快实施国家四年制高职本科教育制度,建立新的高端化高职教育体系,应当成为提升结构性就业水平的一个可行的制度途径。
噹前高等教育已經麵臨枴點。從就業角度展開對經濟轉型揹景下的勞動力要素資源配置分析可以看到,在產業結構及經濟結構的變動註定牽動和影響就業結構變動,從而引起新的教育需求和新的教育供給的多元條件下,社會對高技能職業型人力資本的需求.是現有高等教育體繫難以滿足的。現代服務業的興起,亟待高等職業院校進行製度創新,開闢新的本科層次的高等職業教育,實現從一般勞動力要素供給,嚮高耑的知識技能型的職業勞動力要素配置轉變。儘快實施國傢四年製高職本科教育製度,建立新的高耑化高職教育體繫,應噹成為提升結構性就業水平的一箇可行的製度途徑。
당전고등교육이경면림괴점。종취업각도전개대경제전형배경하적노동력요소자원배치분석가이간도,재산업결구급경제결구적변동주정견동화영향취업결구변동,종이인기신적교육수구화신적교육공급적다원조건하,사회대고기능직업형인력자본적수구.시현유고등교육체계난이만족적。현대복무업적흥기,극대고등직업원교진행제도창신,개벽신적본과층차적고등직업교육,실현종일반노동력요소공급,향고단적지식기능형적직업노동력요소배치전변。진쾌실시국가사년제고직본과교육제도,건립신적고단화고직교육체계,응당성위제승결구성취업수평적일개가행적제도도경。
Current higher education has employment under the background of economic been faced with turning point. From the angle of transition of labor resources allocation can we see industry structure and economic structure changes are to affect and influence the changes of employment structure, thereby trigger new educational supply and demand diversification. Social occupation of highly skilled human capital demand is difficult to satisfy the existing system of higher education. Modern service industry's development is badly in need of higher occupation education system innovation, opening up new undergraduate level of higher occupation education; change from the general labor supply to high-end knowledge skilled occupation labor force allocation. We should speed up the implementation of the national four-year system higher vocational college system, the establishment of new high-end occupation education system. These should become the viable system approach of the promotion of structural employment levels.
