随着我国国民经济的快速发展,我国将进一步落实科学发展观和构建创新型国家,因此近年来国家研招政策从以培养学术型为主向培养专业型为主的战略性过度,以适应社会经济市场发展的需要,大力发展工程硕士专业学位教育势在必行。在工程硕士的培养上要以结合工程特色、强化工程意识、增加工程实践、增强工程能力为指导思想,积极探索一条不同于学术型研究生培养的创新培养模式。首先,结合工程需要,以创新性、开放式培养为理念,设置专业方向;其次,理论教学与工程实践相结合,建立宽口径、创新性的课程体系;第三,结合工程需要,探索以教师为主导、学生为主体的创新性项目教学方法。

With the development of national economy,China has been progressing in development in the scientific outlook for the innovative country.Therefore,with policy for the national masters has been changing from the emphasis on the academic level to the professional level in order to meet the need of the socialist market economy.It is necessary to develop the engineering master in the current situation.Additionally it is urgent to explore creative mode of cultivation for the engineering masters in the aspect of the brand feature,engineering awareness,engineering practice and engineering capability.Firstly,it is to connect the engineering needs and based on the creativity and openness;secondly it is necessary to combine the theory teaching and practice to develop the wide-scale creative teaching program system.Thirdly,it is important to link the need in engineering to explore the creative teaching methods based on the teacher-instructed and student-centered mode.
