公司社会责任作为法律责任和道德责任的统一体,其概念的界定应该舍弃公司经济责任的内容,而寻求其核心内涵,即对非股东利害关系人承担的社会义务。公司社会责任所关注的是公司所承担的营利性目标之外的社会义务,股东利益不应当被纳入到公司社会责任的范畴。

The corporate social responsibility is a combination of the legal duty and moral responsibility,which is different from the economic responsibility of corporate.The corporate should undertake the social obligations and should be concerned about the public good and social interests,which should not include the profit objectives and shareholder interests.
