分析了普通回轮式车床数控化改造中刀架改造遇到的问题并提出了改造方案.通过实验研究了凯恩帝车床数控系统的电子齿轮比,推导出电子齿轮比与交流伺服电机步距角的关系,解决了换刀和加工零件沟槽的编程问题,并在汽车制动泵体数控加工编程中得到了验证.
分析瞭普通迴輪式車床數控化改造中刀架改造遇到的問題併提齣瞭改造方案.通過實驗研究瞭凱恩帝車床數控繫統的電子齒輪比,推導齣電子齒輪比與交流伺服電機步距角的關繫,解決瞭換刀和加工零件溝槽的編程問題,併在汽車製動泵體數控加工編程中得到瞭驗證.

According to the mechanism principle of revolving tool holder of the C336-1 drum lathe,several problems and solutions of numerical control innovation of drum-type turret are proposed.Electrical gear of K100Ti-D Numerical Control System is researched by experiment,and the relationship between step angle and AC servo motor is deduced from experimental research.We work out the issues of programming of tools changing and machining groove face,and prove the consequences through a programming case of a brake pump.
