构建了电液比例压力-流量系统,介绍了系统的调节原理.利用AMESim软件建立了系统的仿真模型,对系统的比例调节特性、保压压力可调特性以及恒压阀弹簧刚度的影响进行了仿真研究.结果表明,该系统能够满足注塑机的工况和节能要求.
構建瞭電液比例壓力-流量繫統,介紹瞭繫統的調節原理.利用AMESim軟件建立瞭繫統的倣真模型,對繫統的比例調節特性、保壓壓力可調特性以及恆壓閥彈簧剛度的影響進行瞭倣真研究.結果錶明,該繫統能夠滿足註塑機的工況和節能要求.

Electro-hydraulic proportional pressure-flow system is established and regulating principle of the system is introduced.Simulation model is established by using AMESim software.Proportional adjustment characteristic,holding pressure adjustable characteristic and the impact of the spring stiffness of constant pressure valve on holding pressure are researched by simulation.Simulation results show that the system can meet the working conditions and energy-saving requirements of injection molding machine.
