公开治安违法行为信息，在当前的法律环境下实属破冰之举，进而备受争议。虽然其意在借道德约束之力预防违法，以维护公共利益，但它又不可避免地会伤及个人利益。显然仅凭公共利益优先原则并不能妥善解决这个问题，而利益平衡才是治本之策，更何况平衡制度的实现已具备基础性条件。
公開治安違法行為信息，在噹前的法律環境下實屬破冰之舉，進而備受爭議。雖然其意在藉道德約束之力預防違法，以維護公共利益，但它又不可避免地會傷及箇人利益。顯然僅憑公共利益優先原則併不能妥善解決這箇問題，而利益平衡纔是治本之策，更何況平衡製度的實現已具備基礎性條件。
공개치안위법행위신식，재당전적법률배경하실속파빙지거，진이비수쟁의。수연기의재차도덕약속지력예방위법，이유호공공이익，단타우불가피면지회상급개인이익。현연부빙공공이익우선원칙병불능타선해결저개문제，이이익평형재시치본지책，경하황평형제도적실현이구비기출성조건。
Under the present juristic circumstance, to publish information on illegal behaviors that plague public security is an ice-breaking move, and arouses widespread arguments. Though it aims to prevent illegal behaviors with the help of morality to support public interests, it would inevitably bring in damages on personal interests. Apparently, it is not sufficient to solve the problem merely out of public interests priorities. The best way to resolve it is to balance the interests. Moreover, we have got the basic foundation on applying the interest-balanced system.
