滨水区是一个城市的灵魂，是一个城市活力的重要体现。很多城市都起源于滨水区，基于滨水区发展起工商业，继而成长为以滨水为核心的大城市区域。近年来，滨水区开发建设已经成为城市规划的热点，很多城市都在探索如何利用滨水区进行开发建设，带动城市转型、产业转型、环境再造。本文尝试分析佛山市汾江河滨水区的历史沿革、区位优势、发展特点，对滨水区开发路径提出初步构想。

Waterfront is the soul of a city, one of the most active factors that can embody the city＇s vigorousness. Many cities were derived from waterfronts, based on which the industry and commerce was developed, thus metropolitan areas construction was completed. In recent years, waterfronts become the hot spots in urban construction. A lot of cities hope to take advantages of waterfronts to drive urban transformation, industry transformation and environmental reconstruction. This paper, based on the history, location advantages and status quo of the waterfronts of Fenjiang River in Chancheng district Foshan city,put forward a preliminary idea on waterfront Development.
