介绍了甲醇脱水制二甲醚技术的研究现状与趋势,重点阐述了齐鲁研究院研发的催化蒸馏甲醇制二甲醚技术。采用固体离子交换树脂催化剂、固定床与催化蒸馏塔组合工艺,甲醇单程转化率可达99.5%,二甲醚选择性约为100%,产品二甲醚纯度大于99.9%。与现有技术相比,由于采用了新型催化剂以及先进的催化蒸馏工艺,该技术反应温度低、转化率高、选择性好,流程简化,投资少,能耗低,具有较强的综合技术竞争力。

This paper introduced the research status and development of the technology about dimethyl ether prepared by methanol dehydration,and mainly described the catalytic distillation technology for preparation of dimethyl ether by methanol developed by Qilu Research Institute.Using solid ion exchange resin catalyst and fixed bed combining with catalytic distillation tower,methanol conversion per pass could reach 99.5%,selectivity for dimethyl ether was about 100%,purity of the dimethyl ether product exceeded 99.9%.Due to adopting new catalyst and advanced catalytic distillation process comparing with existing technologies,the Qilu technology had many advantages,such as low reaction temperature,high conversion rate,good selectivity,simple process,low investment cost,low energy consumption,etc.,which possessed strong comprehensive technology competitive power.
