针对胜炼污水COD异常升高的问题,通过液相色谱法、水溶性试验、可生化性分析等方法查找到影响污水处理的原因,对多种管输原油减阻剂进行了水溶性、可生化性及电脱盐评价,筛选出适宜的减阻剂,基本消除了管输原油减阻剂对污水处理系统的影响,并确保了原油输送量。提供了一种通过源头优化解决下游污水处理难题的途径。
針對勝煉汙水COD異常升高的問題,通過液相色譜法、水溶性試驗、可生化性分析等方法查找到影響汙水處理的原因,對多種管輸原油減阻劑進行瞭水溶性、可生化性及電脫鹽評價,篩選齣適宜的減阻劑,基本消除瞭管輸原油減阻劑對汙水處理繫統的影響,併確保瞭原油輸送量。提供瞭一種通過源頭優化解決下遊汙水處理難題的途徑。

Aiming at the problem of the abnormal rise on COD in Shengli refinery sewage, influence factors on sewage treatment were found by means of liquid chromatogram method, wa- tersoluble test and biodegradability analysis. Watersoluble, biodegradability and electric desahing properties of various pipeline drag reducer were evaluated; appropriate drag reducer was selected. The effect of pipeline oil drag reducer on sewage treatment system was eliminated basically, and oil conveying capacity was ensured. This paper provided a method that the optimization from the source could solve some problems during the downstream sewage treatment.
