选择青海湖湖东地区围栏内封育和围栏外自由放牧的青海固沙草草地为研究对象,用样线和样方相结合的方法进行群落调查,分析了围栏内外青海固沙草草地的群落特征和地上生物量特点。结果表明:多年围栏封育使围栏内外群落类型发生了变化,围栏内为青海固沙草+裸花碱茅群落,围栏外为青海固沙草+赖草群落,且每个小样方中的物种数围栏内大于围栏外。围栏内外青海固沙草群落的相似性系数达0.7。围栏外自由放牧区域的青海固沙草种群优势地位有所加强,其重要值也大于围栏内的青海固沙草。物种丰富度指数和多样性指数Shannon-winner指数围栏外大于围栏内,而均匀度指数则是围栏内大于围栏外。围栏封育后群落地上生物量发生变化,地上总生物量和禾草类生物量均为围栏内大于围栏外,而杂类草和豆类毒杂草则是围栏内小于围栏外。

Select tion fix-sand grassland the free grazing of the enclosure and outside the fence of the East of Qinghai Lake for the study sample line and sample combination of methods to carry out community surveys,analysis of the community characteristics of the fence inside and outside and characteristics of the aboveground biomass.The results showed that:the years of fence enclosure fence inside and outside the community type has changed,Orinus kokonorica + Puccinellia nudiflora community,outside the fence of Orinus kokonorica+ Leymus secalinus,and the number of species in each sample prescription fence than outside the fence.Fence inside and outside Orinus kokonorica community similarity coefficient of 0.7.Outside the fence grazing area of Orinus kokonorica populations of dominant position has been strengthened,its value is greater than the fence.Species richness index and diversity index of Shannon-winner index fence greater than the fence,and the evenness index is greater than outside the fence.Fencing aboveground biomass change in total aboveground biomass and biomass of grasses are greater than within the fence outside the fence,forbs and legumes poisonous weeds is a fence less than outside the fence.
